Creating a Watermark Image Behind Your Text in Word
- Insert > Clip Art/Picture.
- Go to View > Toolbars > Picture.
- Click on the Image Control Icon (black and white thick line icon below postcard).
- Choose > Watermark.
- Click on Clip Art/Picture to be sure it is open.
- Go to icon on toolbar that looks like a square with a dog standing in it.
- Choose > Behind text.
- Use the contrast and brightness control icons to dim Clip Art/Picture to fade that you want.
- Size Clip Art/Picture and centre it on your page.
- Now you can type over your Clip/Art picture and have it appear in the background.
Note:
You may have to repeat item 6 to 8 if your text goes behind the Clip Art/Picture.
